My deepest condolences to Munro’s family. When I was growing up, my mother and Munro were good friends, I always enjoyed his stores and company. One time in the late 90s or early 2000s, I was in my 20s at the time, my car broke down, I lived in Jersey City and Munro came over and in the bitter cold and dark, we worked on my car until finally we figured it out, the distributor cap was shot, that night Munro taught me, when trying to solve a problem take it one step at a time. He was a good man, and I will always keep him in my prayers.

I was an usher at a theatre in Seattle for the play "Woman of the Year" with Lauren Bacall. Munro and I met and became friends. Once the play was over we corresponded for a few years. I will always treasure his friendship.

Munro was my neighbor in Sunnyside and a fellow thespian. We met on the subway going to do background work--each of us on a different movie. He was a delightful human being and I so enjoyed the fascinating stories he related about his career in the theatre. I hadn't seen Munro in ages and wondered where he was. I am so sorry for your loss. Munro was a good man and a good friend. May his creative soul R.I.P. God bless you.

Munro took me under his wing and helped me get started in the business. I owe so much to this beautiful man that I will never ever be able to repay. I love your sole Munro and will pray for you ! What goes around comes around and this man helped many.
