My very deepest sympathy to all the Duffy family on the passing of their wonderful mother and sister. May her dear generous soul rest in eternal peace.
What fun we had and of course her delicious ginger cakes, many card games etc.

Jane was a remarkable woman her commitment to her friends, family, Church and the Irish American community was a model to us all. Jane was our mother, Ursula Henry Browne's best friend and Jane's support, visits and phone calls were always very welcome.
To quote our dear Father Kevin Henry, " I live for those who love me, for those who know me true; for the heaven that smiles above me and awaits my spirit too. For the cause that lacks assistance, for the wrong that needs resistance, for the future in the distance, and the good that I can do.”
I am sure the Sligo Ladies are enjoying a cup of tea with St. Peter

Before her recent illness I met Jane on the street and she had asked for prayers to discern regarding medical treatment. We had become good friends and shared our prayer concerns while working together at St. Sebastian Church. While we are saddened by her going home to the Lord, she has left me with many joyful memories that connected me with the Church from her youth until now. As a convert she filled in parts I needed to know. Rest in peace, Jane.
