Mike was always in my life, and always there for me. He cared so much about helping others, doing the right thing and supporting his family. He was such a hard worker, and a good man. He was a wonderful role model for his sons and every man. This is a photo from St. Patrick's Day 2012. I am so grateful I got to hug him and catch up with him last November, despite the tragic circumstances that brought us all together. He always texted back, and the last text was on Christmas, one of the saddest ones of our lives. Our hearts break for Kelly, Michael, Dan, his brothers, sisters-in-law, niece and the whole family. May memories be a blessing, and I pray Wendy, James, Marilyn and their parents and our grandparents and Kenneth, Uncle Joe and my own parents welcome Mike into heaven. There is No Question about the world being a much lesser place after Mike's untimely passing. I don't believe that I have ever met anyone who enjoyed life, or lived it as full or friendly as Mike. Mike will be greatly missed and I pray that the One Great God please grant Kelly & Kids, and his brothers Danny, James, Terrence and the rest of the Purdon Clan solace, strength and peace though this difficult time in their lives.
