In memory of our dear friend and coworker Patricia Shalvey. Patricia was an incredible mentor, both patient and kind, with all of her staff. It is because of her dedication PS 16 won the best kitchen in NYC schools in 2016! We will always cherish the times we shared and you will always be eternally remembered in our hearts. We love and miss you.

I am so sorry to hear of Pat's passing. She was such a good friend to me for many years.....especially so many times minding my pets so I could travel with no worries.....My kitties loved to stay with her. She will be missed....she worked so hard all of her life. I hope now she will rest in peace. I am so glad she was surrounded by her family at the end and handed over to the arms of Jesus .
