Will always remember the good times shared growing up in Hempstead going to school together from LRJH to UHS. We’ carried that over into adulthood sharing laughs at Spices in Baldwin. You will be truly missed & never forgotten my friend . R.I.P

Dale, it was a pleasure to have worked with you , play football with you and just to be able to call you friend. We had just spoke about having a dinner after this Covid Virus settled down. You were called away way to early Brother. You’ll be missed dearly.
Fraternally Yours,
Retired Deputy Chief Mark Matthews

Dale and I grew up in Hempstead together. He was always at my house playing football out front or riding bikes with my cousins. When he became a Hempstead policeman, I would often see him in his squad car and he we stop and we would share a laugh. My last communication with him was on April 9th. He sent me a text saying that he was just "making sure that the people he truly loved were doing ok". He was a truly great guy and I will forever miss him.

DALE - 38th Street will NEVER be the same again. Your enthusiasm and energy and excitement for LIFE will never be forgotten. Everyone who met you knew how much you loved your family and your friends and your neighborhood. George and I so enjoyed talking to you about the South of France and Hamilton ... There was not a topic you could not speak on with insight and intelligence.
The stars are shining a little brighter now because Dale's smile is illuminating the heavens.
My sincere and deepest sympathy to Meryl and family - Eileen
