Melissa Louise Suarez (nee Towey), age 55, of Sunnyside, died Sunday, September 8, 2019 at her home. Melissa was born February 6, 1964 in Huntington Station, NY. She was a graduate of Ocean City High School in Ocean City, NJ. Beloved wife of Carlos. Cherished daughter of Suzanne Towey-Pelkaus and the late Martin Roger Towey. Dear sister of Susannah Prill, Sean Towey and Vivian Pelkaus. Loving aunt of James Prill, Nicole Prill, Eliana Suarez, Jose Emilio Sosa and Sylvie O'Sullivan. Visitation will be Thursday, September 12 from 3-8PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY.
