Norma Velez, age 84, of Sunnyside, died Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at Mt. Sinai Hospital of New York, NY. Mrs. Velez was born May 20, 1933 in Guyaquil, Equador. Beloved wife of Pedro Velez. Loving mother of Ketty Parkinson and her husband Thomas, and Shirley Velez-Ocasio and her husband Edgardo. Cherished grandmother of Justin, Thomas Jr., Sarah, Angelina, Taylor & Chloe.
