Edward J. Shannon, Jr., age 36, of New York, died suddenly on Monday, September 18, 2017. Mr. Shannon was born March 25, 1981 in NYC, NY. Beloved son of Caroline DeVino (nee Hedderman) and the late Edward J. Shannon Sr. Loving brother of Ralphie, Danny, Stephen & Samantha. Loving Dad to "Angie". Visitation will be Thursday, September 21 from 5-9PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 am on Friday, September 22, 2017 at St. Raphael's RCC, 35-20 Greenpoint Avenue, Long Island City, NY. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Woodside, after the mass.
