Obituary of Eugene J. Gilmartin

Eugene J. Gilmartin, age 60, of Sunnyside, died Friday, September 1, 2017 at Memorial-Sloan Kettering of New York, NY. Mr. Gilmartin was born July 27, 1957 in Sligo, Ireland.

Loving son of Frank and the late Patricia (McDaniel) Gilmartin. Beloved husband of Josephine (nee Masterson). Dear brother to James, Miriam, Francis, Deirdre, Rory, Grace, Vincent and the late Margaret & Rosaleen. Also survived by his loving aunts, uncle, nieces & nephews.

Visitation will be Monday, September 4, 2017 from 4-9PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY.

Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 am on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at St. Teresa RCC, 44th Street And 50th Avenue, Woodside, NY. Cremation will be at Fresh Pond Crematory, Middle Village following the Mass.
