Obituary of Carmen Erazo

Despues de una corta enfermedad, Carmen Luz Erazo fallecio el 21 de Octubre del 2012 en el Hospital NYU Medical Center de la ciudad de Nueva York. Carmen nacio en Riobamba, Ecuador, emigrando definitivamente a Nueva York, donde incansablemente trabajo en la industria manufactura de costura por 35 anos . En Ecuador le sobrevive su madre Dioselina de 91 anos, hermanos Manuel, Silvio, Oswaldo, Hugo, Wilfrido, Flavio y su hermana Cecilia. En New York sobrevive su esposo Francisco Erazo, hija Helen Erazo Roca y hijo politico Matthew Roca. Los familiars de quien en vida fue Senora Carmen Luz Erazo, nos sentimos muy consternados por su prematuro fallecimiento; Carmita nos deja un enorme vacio dentro de su nucleo familiar, en su function de madre a tiempo complete, ejemplar hija, invariable amiga y solidaria con sus semejantes que encontraron en ella un refugio y consuelo, que hoy en dia agobia a quienes tuvimos la dicha de compartir con ella. Hoy regresas a los brazos del Senor a gozar de su gloria eternal y bendecir nosotros en este mundo terrenal. ____________________________________________________________________________________ After a short illness, Carmen Luz Erazo passed away on October 21, 2012 in NYU Medical Center. Carmen was born in Riobamba, Ecuador, immigrating to New York, where she tirelessly worked in the retail manufacturer industry for 35 years. She is survived by her family in Ecuador; her mother Dioselina of 91 years, brothers Manuel, Silvio, Oswaldo, Hugo, Wilfrido, Flavio and Sister Cecilia. In New York she is survived by her husband Francisco Erazo, daughter Helen Erazo Roca and son-in-law Matthew Roca. The family members feel great dismay by her premature death. Carmen leaves us an enormous pain and emptiness in our hearts. Carmen was an exemplary daughter, invariable friend, and supportive with everyone was in need. She was most of all a loving and caring woman who everyone found in her a refuge and consolation. Today it burdens everyone who had the pleasure to share with her joyous moments. Today, Carmen returns to the arms of the Lord to enjoy his eternal glory and to look over us in this earthly world.
