Obituary of Sean McGahey

Sean McGahey, of Long Beach Island, NJ, passed away on April 25, 2017 in Jupiter, FL. Sean was born in Ballybay, County Monaghan, Ireland. He was the proprietor of the Jaunting Car Pub in Sunnyside, and NYC. Beloved husband of the late Laura Celine (nee McGeough). Loving Father of Sean McGahey and Laura Grenier and her husband Christian. Devoted Grandfather of Ben, Matthew and Hannah. Cherished brother of Eamon McGahey, Anna Farley and Kathleen O'Neil. Also survived by many loving nieces & nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, April 30 from 2-5PM and 7-9PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 am on Monday, May 1, 2017 at St. Joan of Arc RC Church, in Jackson Heights, NY. Burial to follow in St. John Cemetery, in Middle Village.
