William F. O'Brien, age 88, of Woodside, died Friday, January 27, 2017 at Beth Israel Medical Center of New York, NY. William was born August 3, 1928 in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, Ireland. He was a retired bus driver for MABSTOA. Beloved husband of Sarah "Josie" nee O'Connor. Loving brother of Anna Keegan. Cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews in England, Ireland and America. Visitation will be Monday, January 30 from 2-5PM and 7-9PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Funeral Mass will be held 9:45 am on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at St. Sebastians RCC, 58th Street And Roosevelt Avenue, Woodside, NY. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Woodside following the Mass.
