Jeremy Blair, age 54, of Jackson Heights, died Sunday, June 19, 2016 at Elmhurst Hospital of Elmhurst, NY. Jeremy was born November 4, 1961 in Havana, Cuba.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10am on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at St. Raphael's RCC, 35-20 Greenpoint Avenue, Long Island City, NY. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Woodside following the Mass.
