Carlos E. Delgado, 78, of Bronx, New York passed away unexpectedly at home on May 26, 2015 from natural causes. Carlos was born in Manta, Ecuador on January 4th, 1937, the son of Jose Maximo Delgado Lopez and Yolanda Ofelia Delgado Bailon. He grew up in Ecuador and came to the United States with his family in 1962. He was a loyal employee of New York Hilton for over 25 years.


Carlos will be missed dearly by his sister Evita Sanabria of Forest Hills, NY and his sister and brother-in-law Andres and Neiva Perez of Manorville, NY. Carlos will also be missed by his nieces and nephews Luis, Annabell, Michelle, Noemi, Roberto, Mireya, Ofelia, Jackie and Jorge and their families.


Carlos had a very outgoing personality and a successful career as an employee of New York Hilton for over 25 years. He loved photography and rarely missed a photo opportunity. Most of all, Carlos loved time spent with family and friends.


Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th from 2pm-5pm and 7pm-9pm at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Long Island City, NY 11104. A Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, May 30th at 9:45 am at Our Lady of the Angelus Catholic Church, 63-63 98th Street, Rego Park, NY 11374. Burial will follow at St. Raymond Cemetery.
