Very sorry, shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of Barbara. She was an active member of the West Queens Independent Democratic Club. Barbara was a spokesperson and hard worker for progressive causes and candidates in our community. She will be missed.

My Dearest Barbara, I will never forget the first day we met at P.S.150 Queens. It was September 28,1967. Your unrelenting determination as an educator and advocate for the less fortunate will be truly missed. Our friendship spanned a course of forty-seven years and now that you entered eternal life you will remain in my heart forever. May your Soul Rest In Peace my sweet angel. Love always, Martha

My deepest sympathy to you and your family during this difficult time. I would like to share a beautiful hope from God found in the Bible book of Revelation 21: 3,4 that assures us He will wipe all tears from their eyes, and there will be no more death, suffering, crying or pain.
