Joseph Pacifico, age 79, of Glendale, NY, died Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Forest Hills Hospital of Forest Hills, NY. Joseph was born March 30, 1935 in Jersey City, NJ. He was a Union Delegate for the Local #463 (Operating Engineers). Beloved Husband of the late Josophine. Loving father of Laura Pasternak (Tad), Monica Markowitz (Frank), Darlene Peaco, Michelle Pacifico-Smith (Michael), and Anthony DeFranco (Roseann). Dear Grandfather of Sandra, Tes, Nicole, Samantha, Michael, Bianco, Santino, and the late Thad. Cherished Great Grandfather to 5 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday, January 24 from 7-9PM and Sunday, January 25 from 2-5PM and 7-9PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Funeral Mass will be held 9:30AM on Monday, January 26, 2015 at Sacred Heart Church, 83-17 78th Avenue, Glendale, NY. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Kew Gardens following mass.
