Visitation and prayer service will held on Friday, January 23 from 6:00 PM- 9:00 PM and Saturday, January 24 from 10AM to 12PM at Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints, 40-24 62nd Street, Woodside, NY. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints, 40-26 62nd Street, Woodside, NY at 12:00PM. A graveside service will be held 1:30PM at Pinelawn Memorial Park, in Farmingdale, NY.
