Obituary of Walter A. Schrettner

Walter A. Schrettner, age 79, of Sunnyside, died Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Calvary Hospital of Bronx, NY. Walter was born February 26, 1934 in Nazareth, PA. He is the son of the late William and the late Anna (Gerbisits) Schrettner. He served in the Army during the the Korean War from May 1, 1955 to March 2, 1957. He was employed as an Accountant. He is survived by one daughter: Janice Schrettner of New York, NY A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Queen Of Angels RCC, Sunnyside, NY. Burial will be in St. Raymond's Cemetery, Bronx on Wednesday, January 29 at 11:30 am. Calling hours will be Tuesday, January 28 from 6-9PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY.
