Our Dear Filomena Remembering the many wonderful years of friendship, & family. Filomena was an exemplary woman. Wonderful wife, mother & friend. A warrior that never gave up. Together with her husband Enrique gave the world two wonderful children. Stephanie and Eddie. One of which became my son in law. Eddie married our daughter Diane. Eddie is a reflection of the beautiful upbringing his parents gave him. Filomena as you are welcome into heaven may God grant you eternal rest and peace and may you watch over all of us. Much Love. One of my favorite photos of Mom and Dad that I took with my cellphone celebrating Mom’s 70th Birthday at their home. This photos has it all: Mariachi’s playing in the background, people dancing & just everyone having a great time. In the center, the Pure Love between Filomena and Enrique. I will miss your Ceviche and the many delicious dishes you prepared for us over the years. Thank you for always packing me food when I could not make it to gatherings due to my line of work and will send it home with Stephanie. I’ll continue blasting the song ‘Salsa con Coco’ and will remember the times you would drag me out to dance because my nickname was in the song. I Love you Mom!!! ~Coco

I had the pleasure of meeting Filomena Gonzalez a few years back. Her daughter Stephanie and I are friends/co-workers I immediately liked her. She exhibited class, wisdom and a true love for her family. I always wanted to know "How is Filo?" I always admired how she adored and had an endless love for her Family. My deepest condolences to the Gonzalez Family. Kim Buxton
