Anne Hart died August 23, 2024. Anne was born October 31, 1934 in Brooklyn, NY.

Beloved wife of Edward C. Hart. Loving mother of Edward and his wife Adrienne, Brian and his wife Doris, Kathleen Nesdale and her husband Peter, Thomas and the late Kevin. Cherished grandmother to Tayla, Brian, Michael, Kevin and Chelsea. Great-grandmother to Shannon, Riley, Amber, Taylor, Kayleigh, Brennan and Christopher. Dear sister to Kathleen, Dorothy, James, John and the late Thomas. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation hours will be Monday, August 26 from 4-8PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:45 am on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at St. Sebastians RCC, 58th Street and Roosevelt Avenue, Woodside, NY. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Woodside after mass.
