Obituary of James M. Connor

James M. Connor died February 25, 2024. James was born April 26, 1961 in New York, NY. Beloved son of the late Harry and Lorraine Connor. Loving brother of Charlie and his wife Susan, Karen and her husband Tommy, Elaine and her husband Jimmy, Harry, and Danny and his wife Jennifer. Cherished uncle to 10 nieces and nephews and 15 great nieces and nephews. James is also survived by a circle of friends like no other. Born in NYC it is hard to imagine Jimmy living anywhere else, the city that never sleeps was made for him. His passion for music and entertainment was second only to his love of his family and friends. His bigger than life personality will live on in the countless stories that everyone has of him. There will never be another like him...and that is probably a good thing. For all reading this, know that as much as you loved him, he loved you too. Visitation will be Thursday, February 29 from 2-7PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 am on Friday, March 1, 2024 at St. Sebastians RCC, 58th Street And Roosevelt Avenue, Woodside, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in James' memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
