Dear Karen,
My most sincere condolences on the loss of Julian. I echo Erik's previous sentiments wholeheartedly, and will add that working with Julian was a true pleasure. He always made you feel comfortable, and his playful disposition was completely disarming, no matter the level of difficulty of the job at hand.
While I am deeply saddened that we've lost one of the good ones, I am also comforted with the thought that Julian has gone ahead to help prepare a place for us all. And knowing him, (and God willing) he'll greet us with that wonderful smile and a joke to make us laugh as he always did here. My heart is so thankful for the time given to know him and the time we spent laughing together. I will miss him greatly.
May our Lord and the Blessed Mother bring him to a place of refreshment, light & peace, and may you and your family be comforted during this time of trial. Our family's prayers will be with you always.
With deepest sympathies,
Mark Ptak

Dear Karen,
While we have never met, we did speak over the phone several times when Julian passed the phone to you so we could talk about cooking or the German relatives we both have and of course German food which we and Julian both enjoyed.
I looked in our system and the first record I found of doing business with Julian was in 2013, over 10 years ago. During that time, those of us at AMV Broadcast Sales would interact with him often, several times per week, sometimes when equipment was malfunctioning, or when something was needed quickly to solve a problem or often to plan improvements to NYRA production capabilities. Julian was never satisfied with the status quo and he dreamed big; always imagining the best that NYRA production could possibly be. But along with his drive for perfection, he also had a sense of humor, always joking and enjoying his interactions with us as we did with him.
I have to believe he is in a better place. He was such a good hearted and capable man and we will so miss him; gone way too soon.
Please except our deeply felt condolences on the loss of a wonderful man, who we consider to be a friend and with whom it was a pleasure to work.
Sincerely,
Erik Thielking, Mark Ptak and Derek Purtell
