Patrick Baer, age 90, of Riverhead, NY, died on October 3, 2023, at Mount Sinai Hospital in Astoria, Queens. Patrick was born on April 4, 1933, in Connellsville, Pennsylvania. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served in Korea during the Korean conflict, and a former employee of the U.S. Postal Service. He was proud of his service in the military, had a special gift for music and instruments, loved golfing, woodworking, antiquing with his pre-deceased spouse, Maxine, caring for animals, and spending time with his friends and family.

Patrick is survived by his beloved daughter, Jeanette Baer Femia, and son-in-law, Andrew Femia. Jeanette was at Patrick's bedside when he passed away.

Visitation will be on Monday, October 9 from 4-8PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, located at 43-07 Queens Boulevard, in Sunnyside, NY.

Funeral mass will be held at Queen of Angels Roman Catholic Church, located at 44th Street and Skillman Avenue, in Sunnyside, NY, on Tuesday, October 10 at 10AM, after which Patrick will be interred at Calverton National Cemetery in Riverhead, New York.
