I have wonderful memories of time spent in John’s company in NY, Orient and Florida. My first introduction to an auction in Queens was with JB and how he loved visiting the Thrift Shops in Florida. My sincere condolences to Margot, Rosaleen, Aideen and all his nieces and nephews. Marianne Kelly, Dunfanaghy, Co. Donegal

It was an honor and privilege to have known John. He was very kind and generous. He loved to chat about Letterkenny, starting at the square, going down to Lower Main Street and back up to the square. He had a remarkable memory and shared many stories of his past.
Sincere condolences to his sisters, Margo & Rosaleen, his nieces, nephews and Aideen.
May John rest in peace.

John became a dear friend while wintering in Naples, Florida. His kind and gentle demeanor was what drew us to him. We loved listening to his stories of his life in Ireland and his early years in NYC. He will be greatly missed. Sending our love to Aideen, Margo and Rosaline
With love,
