Obituary of Florencia Espejo

Florencia Espejo was called to heaven on June 2, 2022, at age of 95. Florencia was known to many as Sra. Chela. She was born to Eleodoro Espejo and Dalida Campos in Arequipa, Caraveli, Peru. She worked as a housekeeper and despite many financial struggles, she always provided a loving and warm home for her children and husband. With the assistance of her oldest daughter Mery, she was able to come to America in 1980. During her time of illness, she was cared for by her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her three daughters, Ana, Marta, and Carmen as well as her two sons, Segundo and Cesar. She is now resting with her husband Vicente Rodriguez and daughter Mery Benitez Perez. Visitation will be Friday, June 3 from 4-8PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. The Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 am on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at St. Teresa RCC, 44th Street And 50th Avenue, Woodside, NY. Burial will be in Lima, Peru.
