John Joseph Kaufmann died January 23, 2022 at Westchester Medical Center. John was born December 7, 1947 in New York, NY. He was a retired Lt. Colonel in the US Army and a retired construction inspector for ConEd. Beloved father of Kristine Cattrano and her husband Gregory, Robin Steneck and her husband John, and John Kaufmann. Loving grandfather of Thomas, Anna and John. Dear great-grandfather of Liam. Visitation will be Sunday, January 30 from 4-8PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 am on Monday, January 31, 2022 at St. Teresa RCC, 44th Street And 50th Avenue, Woodside, NY.
