Donata A. Kormanik (nee Rufo), age 92, died Thursday, August 29, 2019. Donata was born on March 17, 1927 in San Donato Val di Comino, Italy. Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Loving mother of Joseph (Deborah), Mark (Yolanda) & Suzanne (the late Matthew). Cherished grandmother of Christopher, Mark Anthony, Stephanie, Danielle & Judith. Dear great grandmother to Crystal, Megan & Madison. Sister to Antoinette Geaniotis, Annina Rolfs and the late Primo Rufo & Secondo Rufo. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday, September 2 from 2-5PM and 7-9PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at St. Raphael's RCC, 35-20 Greenpoint Avenue, Long Island City, NY. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Woodside.
