Frank J. Collins, age 57, of Sunnyside, died Sunday, July 14, 2019 at Queens-Nassau Rehabilitation of Far Rockaway. Francis was born November 10, 1961 in Queens, NY. Devoted son of Arlene (Bradford) Collins and the late Frank Collins. Beloved husband of Mavieh Adis Collins. Cherished stepfather of Dudscott (Danna) and Ralph (Mikee). Dear brother of George (Jennifer), John (Donna), Christopher (Tracy), Andrew (Maritza), and Elizabeth. Loving uncle of Francine, Andrew Jr., Matthew, John Jr., Nicholas, Andrew, Amanda, Carol and Chloe. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 18th from 7-9PM and Friday, July 19 from 2-5PM and 7-9PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. The funeral will be held at 10AM on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at St. Raphael's RCC, 35-20 Greenpoint Avenue, Long Island City, NY. Cremation will be in Fresh Pond Crematory, Middle Village following the Mass.
