John Francis Geraghty, age 55, of Hillsdale, NJ, formerly of Woodside, NY, died Tuesday, April 23, 2019. John was born April 3, 1964 in Bronx, NY. Member of Operating Engineers, Local # 94. Cherished son of Barbara (nee Swolff) and the late John Geraghty. Beloved husband of Linda (nee Sarro). Loving father to Shannon, Aisling, Conor & Ian. Dear brother to Drew (Mary Beth), Mark (Ciara), Pat (Annmarie), Matt (Tara), Craig (Maureen), and Moira Schneider (Dan). He was also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, April 25 from 7-9PM and Friday, April 26 from 2-5PM and 7-9PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at St. Sebastians RCC, 58th Street and Roosevelt Avenue, Woodside, NY. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Woodside NY.
