Sylvia R Scearcy, age 63, of Woodside, died Thursday, February 28, 2019 at home in Woodside. Mrs. Scearcy was born July 26, 1955 in MD. Beloved mother of Tara and Jamie. Cherished grandmother of Blake. Mom There was an emergency in heaven! That's the only way, that God saw it fit, to take you so fast that day. It wasn't planned, it wasn't thought... As most emergencies aren't. It was a rush & a bustle - an emergency hustle With fever they came to swoop you away No chance for mere words This is heaven! they'd say. Reuniting promises were thrown all around As Micheal the Arc Angel flew in with his crown This and this only i hold to be true For your Love and Amazing is matched by so few Skilled in Kindess, Graced with humility Just some of the things in being an EMT Many know, but few understand The strength it takes to keep lending a hand Your passion and courage shown with 9-11 Is why in emergency they chose YOU for heaven And without a scene from human emotions They flew you to God, over the oceans To aid you will with what we know not Just left here together feeling forgot Chin up they say, head held high You've been called for a mission, this isn't goodbye...
