Mary Johnston, of Millsboro, Delaware, formerly of Sunnyside Gardens, died Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at home in Millsboro. Mary was born October 25, 1928 in New York, NY. She retired as an executive secretary of the Brooklyn Diocese. Beloved wife of the late Thomas & Edward Brauchle. Loving mother of Mary Ellen Harrell (Jerry), & Barbara Tudor (Marin). Loving step-mother of Robert (Linda) & Thomas (Lisa). Cherished grandmother of Noelle (Jaime), Marin Jr, Patrick Johnston (Courtney), Kerrie & RJ Smith. Dear great-grandmother of Joshua & Adrien. Visitation will be Sunday, February 10 from 2-5PM and 7-9PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:15 am on Monday, February 11, 2019 at Queen of Angels RCC, 44th Street and Skillman Avenue, Sunnyside, NY. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
