Monsignor Vazquez was born on December 27, 1932 in Calvos, Orense, Spain, was ordained to the Priesthood on July 29, 1956, and died Friday, November 9, 2018 at Elmhurst General Hospital. Monsignor Vazquez served the Diocese of Brooklyn as Pastor of the Parishes of Guardian Angel (Brooklyn), Saint Agnes (Brooklyn), and Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Brooklyn). He also served as Spiritual Director of the Cursillo Center. The arrangements are as follows: WAKE: Edward D.
