Hernando Meza CH, age 96, of Woodside, died Monday, July 16, 2018 at Elmhurst Hospital. Hernando was born April 22, 1922 in Carmen De Bolivar, Colombia. Beloved husband of the late Anna Amelia Castellon Lugo. Loving father of Miryam, Miguel, Joaquin J., Luz Marina, Diana, Joaquin E. and David. Cherished grandfather to ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation hours will be Wednesday, July 18 from 2-5PM and 7-9PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Funeral Mass will be held 9:30 am on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at St. Teresa RCC, 44th Street And 50th Avenue, Woodside, NY. Cremation will be in Fresh Pond Crematory, Middle Village following the Mass.
