John Kenny,

John died on June 15th 2025, peacefully in New Jersey, USA. He was predeceased by his wife Delia (recently on April 13th), his parents, Thomas and Mary (née Devery, Glebe, Belmont), sisters Margaret (Peggy), and Rose, and brother Tom.

John will be sadly missed by his sisters, Chris Ahearne (Roscrea), Teresa Castle (England) and brothers, Peter Kenny (Waterford), Tim Kenny (Ferbane), and Gerry Kenny (Sligo), sisters-in-law, Margaret, Annette, Bernie and Eilish, brother-in-law Terry, his nephews, nieces, and many friends and neighbours in Ireland and the USA.

Remembered fondly by Delia's cousin, Ann Healy, her daughter Colleen (NJ, USA) and extended family who were life-long friends to John and Delia and helped both so much, particularly in recent years.

Removal on Wednesday (June 25th) to St. Ciaran's Church, Clonfanlough, Co. Offaly (N37 XR81), where his Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 2pm and may be viewed on https://www.youtube.com/live/4dMK8ykFuOk?si=G5rx4CQduf4sER4c.

Burial afterwards in Clonmacnois Cemetery.
