What can you say about Peggy Cooney that wouldn't bring you a smile to your face? We shared some wonderful times with Peggy over the years and made great memories at all sorts of events. Baptisms, protests outside British embassy, Thanksgiving, St. Patricks Days & Christmas, socials in the Bliss, Four Green Fields and McGonnells, graduations, BBQs, working at Irish People...
She was very much a part of our lives after 1972.
We really came to appreciate Peggy after Daddy suddenly passed; Peggy was there for Mommy always as she navigated her new life without Barney.
Her mind was still sharp and had a great visit with her about a week before she took a turn for the worse. She made an impression..... God bless
