Ruth M. Molina, 81, of Woodside, NY, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. Born on March 21, 1944, in Medellin, Colombia, was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend, in-law, and neighbor whose generous heart and welcoming presence touched countless lives. Those who knew Ruth will remember her for her unwavering desire to help others and her profound love for family and friends. As a dedicated real estate broker, Ruth found great fulfillment in helping people find their perfect homes. She approached her profession not just as a career, but as a calling—guiding clients through one of life's most important decisions with expertise, patience, and genuine care. Ruth took pride in connecting families with spaces where they would build their futures, create memories, and establish roots in their communities. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ruth's generosity of spirit extended to everyone she met, always ready with a kind word, practical advice, or a helping hand. Her passion for her work brought her joy throughout her life, and she delighted in sharing these passions with others. Ruth's greatest joy was her family, whom she cherished above all else. The deep bond she shared with her siblings was matched only by the devotion she showed as a mother to her daughter. Her two granddaughters brought her immeasurable happiness, and she treasured every moment spent with them, from everyday conversations to celebrating their achievements. As a loving aunt, she embraced her nieces and nephews with this same warmth and affection. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visitation on Tuesday, April 22, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. A Funeral Mass celebrating Ruth's life will be held at 10:45 AM on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at St. Sebastian's Roman Catholic Church, 58th Street and Roosevelt Avenue, Woodside, NY. A private cremation will follow at All Souls Crematory. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Ruth's name to the American Lung Association Ruth's memory will forever remain in our hearts, and her spirit will continue to guide those who loved her.
