Our beautiful Francelia. She lived each day to the fullest and showed us all how to handle the most difficult circumstances with grace, dignity and courage. She exuded love, compassion and laughter and it’s hard to imagine a world without her in it. She treasured her family more than anything and lit up any time she spoke about them. My thoughts and prayers are with them as they navigate this most trying time. We love you Francelia.

My sincerest and heartfelt condolences to the Jones family. I shared beautiful moments with your daughter/sister/aunt. In many ways, we lived life on the same page. I will always treasure our time in Turks and Caicos together and our deep conversations about God, conversion, and how to be the best person in the face of adversity. There is no doubt about Francelia's faith and thirst for the Lord. I am glad she is with Him and the heavenly hosts. She is more present to us now than ever before - remember, she is only a thought away.
The world has lost a glowing light, but heaven just got a little brighter.

.. There is never a good time to say goodbye. No one is ever ready for it… I remember being a uniformed Officer and being in the city with my Partner Stephen and he took me to meet his sister Francelia… I remember the huge smile she had when she walked out of her office building from work and there infront of her was her brother Stephen.. she was so sweet and kind. It was like they were kids just the day before but in reality they were grown and now professionals. I could see how much she loved you Stephen and that proud look she had on her face of her Brother “An NYPD Officer”! … the news of Francelias passing was obviously saddening .. What I can hold onto it is that God loved her so much that he blessed her with an amazing family , blessed her with tons of memories and good times and blessed her with Thanksgiving, Christmas and a New Years with her Family before she was hand picked to be with the Lord! My heart is heavy for you Stephen , my friend and my Partner always and I pray the Lords comfort over you and your family at this time ……
