Final Resting Place
Gestures
My sweet sister-in-law, you will be dearly missed by both Dave and I. We love you so much, and wish you could still be here with us, but we know you’re in a much better place now where there’s no more suffering and no more pain. The words to this song pretty much sum it all up...
Open Fields Of Grace
Last night I saw you running
in the open fields of grace
no longer were you broken or in pain
the wind blew kisses through your hair
you laughed with beauty unaware
I wish I could be there with you
in the open fields of grace
in the open fields of grace
Last night I heard you singing
in the open fields of grace
no longer were you silent or afraid
your voice was innocent and strong
as you proclaimed love’s ancient song
oh teach me how to sing along with you
in the open fields of grace
in the open fields of grace
When tears are but a memory
we’ll run to God like children finally free
in the open fields of grace
in the open fields of grace
dancing in God’s delight
as night fades away
Last night I saw you running
in the open fields of grace
someday I’ll be running there with you
We love you, Patty! ❤️❤️
You would answer the phone with such a cherry "hello" even though the weight of the world was on your shoulders. I can still hear your voice in my head. I never told you enough how much I love you but you knew! "I'm smiling because you're my sister and there isn't anything you can do about it".Thank you for all your prayers for the family and putting up with me. Love you sister. You're safe now in the arms of Jesus. Rest easy with mom and beloved Chris. You took a piece of my heart with you. I will miss you every day. Love you! Joann
Patty, I miss you already. Thank you for being game for spur of the moment adventures which took you far from your comfort zone. I wish you joy and glory as you embark on the ultimate road trip!
