Ann M. Szulwach nee Burke, died peacefully Sunday, February 11, 2018 at North Shore University Hospital of Manhasset, NY. She had her BA, MA, BS, MS AND RHIA Degrees. Native of Limerick and Milltown Malbay, Co. Clare, Ireland. Member of the Board of Directors of Kearney Home Care Services Inc. Beloved wife of the late John. Dearest and loving cousin to Patricia, Irene Burke, Brendan (Ann) and Marion Burke. Also survived by extended relatives in Ireland and her colleagues and friends at Kearney Home Care Services Inc. Visitation will be private A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at St. Anne's RC Church, 35 Dartmouth Street, Garden City, NY. Burial will be in St. Raymond's Cemetery, Bronx following the Mass.
