Julia Bastiani nee DiCasali, age 78, of Sunnyside, died Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Elmhurst Hospital. Julia was born April 14, 1938 in New York, NY. Beloved wife of Remo. Loving mother of Umberto and his wife Ann Marie, Flavio and his wife Linda and Roger and his wife Michele. Cherished grandmother of Roger Michael, Anthony, Matthew and Arianna. Dear godmother of Kristin. Julia is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday, December 19 from 2-5PM and 7-9PM at Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, Inc, 43-07 Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY. Funeral Mass will be held 9:30 am on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at St. Teresa RCC, 44th Street And 50th Avenue, Woodside, NY. Cremation will be in Fresh Pond Crematory, Middle Village following the Mass.
